1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookWizard (the “Service”) provided by Debugging Wizard ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not:

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

Use the Service beyond your permitted usage or for malicious purposes.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features, you may need to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and must notify us promptly about any unauthorized use.

4. Fees & Payment (if applicable)

Depending on your subscription (e.g., Starter, Pro, Enterprise), you agree to pay the fees associated with your plan. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in access suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software and content, remain with Debugging Wizard OÜ. You are granted no ownership rights—not even a license to resell or sublicense—beyond the limited rights specified in these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties—express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your access stops immediately. Certain provisions (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) continue beyond termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
